Baking soda has lower cleaning power than shampoo and cannot thoroughly clean the pores. The acidic components of lemon juice or vinegar can cause skin inflammation.
 
Problems caused by surfactants can be resolved by rinsing thoroughly with water after washing your hair with shampoo. While it is true that surfactants remaining on the skin for a long time can easily cause the skin to absorb surrounding toxins, experts claim that these problems do not occur if they are washed off completely with water.

Meanwhile, to prevent hair loss, it is better to wash your hair at night rather than in the morning. If you wash your hair in the morning, the natural oils on your scalp are washed away, leaving it directly exposed to ultraviolet rays. Exposure to UV rays without any oil can damage the scalp, cause dandruff to occur more frequently, and lead to hair loss.
Also, if you go to sleep without washing away the waste accumulated on your scalp during the day, your pores will become clogged and it will be harmful to your scalp.
However, you must completely remove any remaining moisture from the scalp after washing your hair. If you go to sleep with wet hair, the scalp becomes damp, which can lead to dandruff or seborrheic dermatitis.

    모공피지가 당연히  안씻겨 내려간다는걸 알텐데.. 식초 헹구시는분들은 간간히 본거 같긴한데
