찬물과 얼음 활용은 가끔 하고 있어요~ 진정에 좋더라구요~
I'll tell you how to care for your sunburned skin.
It's summer and the sun is hot, so let me share some skincare tips for when you get a tan.
1. Using cold water
Soak a handkerchief or similar item in cold water and apply it to the sunburned area for about 20 minutes, three times a day, to cool down the heat. If your whole body is sunburned, immerse your body in cold water for 20 minutes, three or four times a day, to cool down.
2. Cool with ice
When using ice, it is best to cool indirectly by wrapping it in a handkerchief rather than applying it directly to the skin.
3. Soothe the skin
Potatoes, cucumbers, aloe vera, and milk can be used to soothe reddened skin. Grating potatoes or cucumbers, or making an aloe vera pack and applying it to sunburned areas, can alleviate temporary redness and stinging. Applying milk to a cotton pad and leaving it on as a pack for 10 to 15 minutes helps to soothe the skin.
4. Using skin softeners
Apply a skin emollient, such as cold cream, 3 to 6 times a day to reduce skin dryness and redness.
5. Avoid massage and reduce stimulation
I never massage, and if I get a sunburn, I pay attention to moisturizing my face, but I minimize it to reduce irritation caused by makeup.
