I would like some hair care product recommendations.

I only use shampoo.

I don't use anything like Lance treatment, hair lotion, etc.

And I also air dry it.

In a word, I had absolutely no interest... but I only realize it now.

My hair is really damaged.

Is it okay to just use the treatment instead of the rinse?

And is that hair oil? I'm going to try that too.
