오일 활용도가 많네요 감사합니다
A widely known method of using oil is to apply it to the entire body while it is wet.
Adding about 1-2 capfuls to the bathtub while bathing is also a good way to maintain moist and soft skin. Oil is not just for applying to the body.
If your skin feels dry, adding one or two drops of oil to the water during the final cleansing step is a good method. Of course, since the method of using oil varies depending on skin type, you should check your skin type first.
First, for oily skin, it is best to use jojoba, mineral, safflower, and argan oils. Safflower oil is beneficial for oily skin due to its light texture and excellent absorption. Jojoba oil, extracted from jojoba fruits, is known as the "treasure of the desert." It forms a thin film that is neither greasy nor sticky, helping to prevent wrinkles caused by dryness. Additionally, it is similar to the body's collagen tissue and has the function of promoting cell regeneration. Argan oil has excellent medicinal effects and has long been widely used as a treatment for arthritis and skin diseases.
Coconut and macadamia nut oils are beneficial for dry skin as they create a long-lasting oil film. Natural coconut oil not only maintains skin hydration for extended periods but also enhances immunity and antibacterial properties. Macadamia nut oil possesses a fatty acid structure similar to human sebum; it is skin-friendly and rich in vitamins and lipids. Its excellent penetration keeps the skin moisturized, and due to its growth potential and oxidative stability, it is widely used for massage.
Mineral oil and jojoba oil have long been widely used for sensitive and delicate skin because they rarely cause allergies. However, depending on the type, other oils can cause irritation, so if you have sensitive skin, it is advisable to test them on a small area first before applying them to your entire body. If you have acne-prone skin, there is no need to use oils that serve to clog pores.
Some people occasionally mix their skincare products with oil, but if you apply makeup immediately afterward, the oil's oiliness can cause the makeup to smudge. Therefore, you should allow time for the mixture to fully absorb before applying makeup.
Oil is also effective when mixed with various products. Mixing a tiny amount of oil into foundation improves its spreadability, allowing it to absorb better into the skin and extending its longevity. Oil is also beneficial for the scalp. Applying oil to the scalp and hair before shampooing and gently massaging the scalp leaves the hair feeling much more moisturized. Adding a few drops of oil to the final rinse water after shampooing also helps achieve shiny hair.
