Did you know that the appropriate water temperature varies depending on your skin condition?
If you adjust the water temperature to be just right for your skin, just like you wash your face every morning and evening, and if that becomes a habit...
You can improve your skin without even realizing it, without spending a lot of money or putting in a tremendous amount of effort!
1. Water vapor

If you leave it on for less than 10 minutes before using a scrub or other exfoliants on your face, the dead skin cells soften, making it much more effective!

(You can also hold a towel soaked in warm water against your face instead of direct steam!)
However, please be careful, as doing this for too long may cause blood vessels to widen excessively and lead to telangiectasia.
Tip: Maintain a distance of about 60cm between your face and the steam rising from below!
2. Hot water (35 degrees or higher - hot enough to produce visible steam or condensation on the mirror)

If you wash your face for a long time with excessively hot water just to feel like your pores are opening, all the moisture will be drawn out of your skin, causing your pores to widen. Also, if you have inflammation, hot water can irritate your skin and make it worse, so please try to refrain from doing this if possible.
3. Warm water (21~35 degrees)

A warm water temperature, rather than hot, is actually twice as helpful for those with oily skin.
Warm water helps flush out waste products and promotes blood circulation, helping to brighten your complexion.
4. Lukewarm water (15~21 degrees)

The best water temperature for all skin types (oily, dry, combination/dry, sensitive, etc.).
Actually, for those who are unsure of their skin type or find it bothersome to adjust the water temperature every time, please just remember, "Always wash your face with lukewarm water!"
5. Cool water (10~15 degrees)

It gives elasticity to the skin and constricts blood vessels and pores.
Tip: The combination of hot water followed by cold water is the most famous, but doing so can actually cause your pores to enlarge further.
6. Ice, ice packs

If your face is swollen in the morning or has been exposed to sunlight for a long time, apply ice for a short while. It shrinks pores and soothes the skin.
However, as shown in the photo above, directly ice
