Tips for getting better acne!

I struggled with my skin for a few years, but recently it has improved.

I'll share some tips that helped me improve.

 

 

1. Dr.G Moisturizing Cream

My skin has really improved a lot since using this. I'm planning to switch my toner, lotion, and sunscreen to Dr.G as well.

 

2. Take Pantothenic Acid (Jarrow Pantothenic Acid recommended)

Since it is water-soluble, there is no problem even if you consume a lot, but I found that it makes your skin dry if you eat too much.

 

3. Reduce flour-based foods

I really used to like ramen, but I've been cutting back lately.

 

4. Take Vitamin D and get a good night's sleep

I think I felt less tired and was able to sleep soundly after taking Vitamin D. Getting a good night's sleep is the best for your skin!
