I've brought some simple face yoga :)
Let's all stay consistent and create a smile that makes everyone feel good just by looking at it.
I should start doing this consistently from today, too. My left side feels a bit more stiff, lol.
It is even more effective if you loosen up a little while saying A-E-I-O-U!!!
