Hello~ This is the Second Beginning.
I've been told that I have youthful skin compared to others my age~ haha
I’d like to share some of my personal skincare tips that I’ve been using.
- Drink 2 liters of water a day
- Remove accumulated toxins from the body by walking more than 10,000 steps a day
- Don't forget to apply moisturizer after washing your face in the morning and evening.
- Use a face mask at least 3 times a week (cost-effective masks are also good).
Besides this, I saw in other people's posts that getting enough sleep is also good,
I also like having fun, so I haven't been able to put that into practice yet~ ㅠㅠ
Still, they say it is much better to sleep for more than 7 hours, so please make it a habit for me~
