Skin texture management

I was stressed about the bumpy texture around my eyes, but I heard that maintaining an oil-water balance is important for managing skin unevenness. Since I have oily skin, I used to only use moisturizing products, but I was told that using products with a moderate amount of oil is necessary to achieve the skin's oil-water balance.
