1. When you wake up in the morning, drink a glass of lukewarm water and do plenty of stretching, plus gently tap the lymph nodes in your armpits and groin with a clenched fist.

2. Always take a shower in the morning. Washing away all the sweat accumulated while sleeping makes you feel refreshed and instantly wide awake.

3. Keep your skincare routine light, but make sure to apply sunscreen. Protecting against UV rays, the main culprit of skin aging, is essential.

4. Drink plenty of fluids during the day, and limit coffee to 1-2 cups a day. If you don't consciously make an effort to do this, you'll end up constantly consuming caffeine and neglecting to drink plain water.

5. Brush your teeth immediately after meals and take a light walk for at least 10 minutes. I felt bloated because I spend a lot of time sitting. Walk while chatting.

6. Reduce smartphone use and give your eyes a rest. Rest completely during breaks.

7. Make sure to eat fresh raw vegetables at least once a day.

8. After returning home, wash up immediately without sluggishing and apply body lotion thoroughly.

9. Do not eat snacks after 8 PM. Do not lie down before going to bed.

10. Don't look at your phone when you lie down in bed; go straight to sleep! This is the most important thing lol.
