I wake up in the morning and take probiotics, red ginseng, and collagen on an empty stomach.

I make sure to take it. I heard it's good to take it on an empty stomach.

And, drink plenty of water frequently.

After washing my face with foam cleanser under cold water, I keep a bottle of toner in the bathroom to use; I heard that if you apply the toner within 3 seconds, the moisture lasts longer.

So, I apply toner within 3 seconds after washing my face.

Also, I use a face mask about twice a week.

I watched a broadcast on Good Morning and heard that doing a face mask every day actually makes your skin worse.

When going out or going to work, I only apply basic makeup, and then

I only apply sunscreen.
