Hello, this is Happy Family.
I often hear that I have good skin.
I tend to take consistent care of myself even on a regular basis.
It may seem like a very common-sense and obvious point, but,
I would like to share my tips for skincare.
1) Cleanse thoroughly.
In my case, if I just roughly wash my face using only foam, the oil from the foundation keeps getting stuck around my eyes. I can feel the slippery sensation, so I end up washing it off again.
So, I double cleanse. First, I cleanse thoroughly with a cleansing pad or cleansing oil, and
After washing my face, I wash it a second time with a gentle cleanser.
2) Do not scrub the skin hard.
Even when drying a wet face or body with a towel, I don't rub hard. I've found that doing so causes the dead skin cells to peel off. I wipe gently, and
They apply lotion right away.
3) Use galvanic devices periodically.
As my sleep time decreased significantly, I could personally feel my face becoming dry and dull. So, even if it's just 2-3 times a week, I replenish moisture with a face mask, apply a generous amount of cream, and diligently use the galvanic device.
Then my face feels much soft and full of moisture.
