Please recommend a product for moisturizing and maintaining hydration after applying lip products.

How does everyone else do it?

My lips are very dry, so I moisturize heavily before applying lip tint. It only looks fine at first, but once the moisturizer wears off, the tint leaves a strange residue that doesn't look good.

It's not like the color has faded, so it feels a bit awkward to reapply... I usually just use a tinted lip balm, but how do you all take care of lips that get chapped easily?
