Tone-up creams I do not recommend

There are many different tone-up creams out there, and since I've been satisfied with most of them, I use this one occasionally. I bought this because I heard the ingredients were good enough to even sleep with, but this product is very disappointing. It makes my skin look unnaturally pale, feels dry after application, and since I have to go out, applying sunscreen causes the sunscreen to flake off. It mixes with the tone-up cream, turning into a messy white mess. The white color clumps around my eyebrows and doesn't come off easily either. I definitely do not recommend this for dry skin. Sunscreen is essential for going out, but it is difficult to even apply it together with the cream.
