In other words, if the intestines are unhealthy, they cannot absorb nutrients or excrete waste, which negatively affects the skin.

 

While soaps and face masks that are good for acne certainly help, to fundamentally improve your skin, you need to eliminate harmful toxins from your body, purify your blood, and improve blood circulation. If you consistently eat healthy foods, refrain from greasy foods, alcohol, and tobacco, and keep your mind at ease, your skin will definitely improve.
