✨ On days when your foundation cakes, try ‘Fixer → Foundation → Rolling’!

You know those days when, no matter how thinly you apply foundation, it starts to cake or doesn't blend well with your skin texture by the afternoon?
In such cases, a method I often use is spraying a setting spray before applying foundation!

After finishing your basic skincare routine and gently pressing down on excess oil, lightly spray a setting spray once or twice all over your face. The important thing is not to soak your face completely, but to create a thin mist-like layer on the surface!

Then, apply a small amount of foundation before the setting spray dries completely. At this stage, rather than rubbing it in with a puff or sponge, I tend to spread it by rolling it in a circular motion.

Especially for wide areas like the cheeks or forehead, roll slowly from the inside out, and for areas that tend to lift easily, such as the sides of the nose or corners of the mouth, gently press with the remaining amount for a much more natural look.

The key point of this method is not to apply too much foundation!
Rather than applying a thick layer to cover everything at once, it is better to roll it thinly to adhere to the skin and then apply another layer only to the areas that need coverage.

When I do this, it feels like it adheres to the skin in a thin layer compared to when I just apply foundation, and I noticed that it doesn't cake as much, especially around the sides of the nose and cheeks.

✔️ Order of perfect-fit bases
Skincare → Lightly spray setting spray → Foundation → Roll with a sponge → Apply a small amount only to necessary areas

And finally, after finishing your makeup, lightly spraying a setting spray one more time reduces the feeling that the base is separate and makes the overall skin look much more natural.

If your foundation keeps caking, try changing the order in which you apply it before switching products! 🤍
