I've used up a whole container of grapefruit and a whole container of green apple, and I've been using them really well since summer.
It is good to use about 2 to 3 days a week, and I really liked it because my scalp felt really cool after using it.
The opening is shaped like the picture; spray it all over your scalp and massage it in.
Personally, I find green apples cooler and more refreshing than grapefruit, so I settled on apple.
