Post-Shampoo Care Tips for Healthy-Looking Hair
I think how you dry your hair after washing it is just as important as washing it itself.
After washing my hair, I don't rub it vigorously with a towel; instead, I wrap it in a towel and press firmly to remove the moisture first.
Since hair tends to get tangled or frizzy easily when it rubs against itself while wet, I tend to handle it as gently as possible.
When using treatments or hair masks, instead of applying a generous amount to the scalp, focus on applying them to the easily damaged middle to the ends of the hair.
Apply it a little more thoroughly, especially on days when the ends of your hair are dry and frizzy.
When rinsing, it is better to rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water rather than very hot water.
Also, when drying my hair, I tend not to concentrate hot air in one spot for too long; instead, I dry the scalp first and then the hair. I find that tidying it up with cool air at the end makes the hair look much calmer.
It is also a good idea to apply a small amount of oil or essence to the ends of your hair before it is completely dry. Applying too much can actually make your hair look heavy and greasy, so the key is to start with a small amount and add more little by little as needed.
Ultimately, rather than special care
- Do not rub with a towel
- The treatment focuses on the hair.
- Do not use hot air for a long time
- Apply a small amount of essence to the ends of your hair after drying.
I think consistently taking care of just these four things helps with hair care.
