Recommendations for a Gua Sha item I bought with my own money that completely tidies up your body lines

I really swell up every morning, at lunchtime, when I eat salty food, and when I eat sweets.

I am literally a swollen person.

I've tried everything from stretching exercises to swelling-reducing products, but

I found that there is no product that provides immediate results like Gua Sha.

When I used to work, I would scrub my scalp with this for 5 minutes as soon as I arrived at the office.

First of all, the pressure is super strong.

The shape was so unique that I had quite a hard time at first because I didn't know where to do it or how to do it.

Use the shorter side to do facial gua sha.
