I’ll share my two personal methods that I used to get rid of milia.
I used to suffer a lot from milia, so I’d like to share two methods that helped me.
My skin was good when I was a student, but I suffered from milia ever since I started wearing makeup in my 20s. I was stressed because people kept asking me what was wrong with my skin whenever they saw me.
Every time it flared up, I went to a dermatologist for extraction, but the procedure only left scars and actually caused the side effect of skin indentation.
While procedures provide immediate results, the most important thing is to identify the root cause and manage the condition to prevent it from recurring.
[My first method for getting rid of milia is]
It is to exfoliate once a week.
Since milia often occur when sebum inside the pores is not properly expelled, removing dead skin cells and exfoliation from the surface to prevent clogged pores is effective for getting rid of them. I use Dr. G Peeling Gel once a week for a gentle treatment.
[Second Method to Get Rid of Milia]
It is about balancing the skin's oil and moisture.
Milia often occur due to dry skin. That is why I always use skincare products that provide ample hydration after cleansing. Among them, I have been stocking up on Wellage ampoules, which are great for caring for inner dryness, for years now so that I never run out.
