If your hair gets greasy quickly, habits you should check before shampooing
I was worried that even if I washed my hair in the morning, my crown and bangs would droop by the afternoon.
At first, I thought the shampoo was the problem, so I tried switching between several products, but I didn't notice as much of a difference as I expected.
Then I realized that the way I wash and dry my hair is more important than I thought.
In the past, I used to apply shampoo mainly to my hair and rinse it quickly, but now I focus on thoroughly washing my scalp.
I felt much more refreshed when washing my scalp with my fingertips, gently massaging it, rather than scratching it with my fingernails.
And the most important thing I changed is the drying method.
I developed a habit of completely drying my scalp before the ends of my hair.
This is because I felt that oil rose to the surface more easily if my scalp remained damp for a long time.
I also reduced my habit of frequently touching my hair.
I realized that mindlessly touching your bangs can actually add more oil than you think.
I realized that while changing products is important, simply changing small daily habits can significantly improve the condition of your hair.
