I use it by spraying it evenly, mainly on the scalp, massaging with my fingertips for 1-2 minutes, and then rinsing it off thoroughly. Using it just 2-3 times a week was enough for me ❤️
The best part is that it leaves my scalp feeling incredibly refreshed.
