My own tip for cooling down facial heat ^^;

A few ice packs inside the food delivery

I left it there instead of throwing it away, and when I came back home after going out

Hold it against your head and face.

It cools down the heat ^^;;;

I think it's actually pretty good.

I'm not sure if this is a good idea haha

Even so, when the skin is struggling with hot heat

It feels refreshing and nice when you do it like this once.
