Soak a cotton pad thoroughly and wipe with toner.

Moisten the cotton pad with toner as much as possible.

Make sure to soak it well before use. That way, even when using a wiping toner

It minimizes irritation to the skin.

In the past, I used to use less toner because I thought it was a waste, but that actually caused a lot of irritation.
