In my case, just like my face, my body skin is quite sensitive, so not only am I careful about exfoliating, but I am also very particular about the body products I use.
Since I consistently use a body scrub with gentle ingredients, I don't need to exfoliate my body separately, and
It's perfect for sensitive skin because you don't even have to scrub it off!!
I use body scrubs that you scoop out like this the most.
Because it is a cream-type body scrub, not a powder or solid bath salt.
When applied to the skin, it is like a kind of peeling gel
It gradually rubbed off and helped exfoliate.
It's good because you just apply it like a body wash, rub it in, lather it up, and wash it off.
Just rub gently.
If you rub it, it lathers up and rinses off. ^^ lol
I guess I should wash the body and then apply the scrub gel again.

I bought a product called the Ploo Aroma Perfume Scrub Body Wash from Unnie Deal, and it was pretty good, so I plan to use this product until this summer :)
