Great tips for relaxing muscles while managing your facial lines

 

 

 

Lately, my neck and shoulders have been getting stiff frequently because I spend all day sitting or looking at my phone. So, I tried the Thai Wang Prohm Herbal Ya Mong Green Balm, and I found it more versatile than I expected, so I have been using it consistently. Although it is originally meant to be applied to tense muscles, I also use it to massage my jawline, behind my ears, and neck before bed.

Even applying just a small amount gives a cooling sensation and feels like it is loosening up tense muscles. In particular, since my jaw muscles relax, I also feel like my facial swelling is reduced. It can be irritating if applied too heavily, so it is important to start with a very small amount.
