๐งก I think my milia have improved a lot.
I've been lurking all the time, and I can't believe the day has finally come for me to write a post~~
At some point, I started getting a lot of tiny pimples on my forehead, and it was stressful because even makeup couldn't cover up the bumpy texture.
I don't even have bangs to begin with,
It feels like everyone is looking only at my forehead whenever I meet people.
My confidence had dropped a lot as well.
But lately, the millet has decreased a lot, so I don't worry about that anymore.
Personally, I paid a lot of attention to moisturizing, and I think that worked well for me.
- Drink at least 1.5 liters of water daily
- Mask pack every other day
- Use a millet mist in between to moisturize.
I applied a generous amount of moisturizer before going to sleep at night.
I followed this routine consistently, and my breakouts decreased significantly. As a bonus, my skin tone also brightened slightly.
I was worried Iโd have to live on a gravel field for the rest of my life, but Iโm so relieved.
It seems like staying hydrated is really important.
Anyway...
