Item Not Recommended ① Isoi Acne Doctor 1st Control Serum

 

Now, I'm going to tell you about three items I don't recommend!

First of all, not only the recommended items but also the items not recommended

Completely subjective thoughts I would like to inform you of this point!!

It might be a product that works well for others, but

I have selected some products that I personally found quite disappointing when I used them.

 

 

 

 

 

I bought it as part of the promotion that included the main product plus a mini gift.

I tried using it a few times, but it didn't suit me.

I gave away the full-sized product to people around me, so only the complimentary mini version remains.

I took a picture with this..!!

The complimentary mini model has a thin, long nozzle.

 

 

 

 

 

When I first squeezed it onto the back of my hand

It has a thick, almost non-flowing texture.

It is a slightly translucent white, but

 

When you spread it with your hands, it quickly turns transparent.

It applies with a texture that feels almost as light as water!

Also, when you spread it, it has a rather strong disinfectant scent, like alcohol.

So, I felt the scent was a bit lacking as well.

 

Isoi's Acne Doctor line is known to be good for soothing skin troubles.

Personally, when I applied it to blemishes

The stimulation is quite strong, to the point where it feels like it stings.

I actually thought it didn't suit me well since I have sensitive skin.

 

 

 

 

 

If you spread just a little bit

It really looks like it was wiped with a disinfectant wipe.

It absorbs completely, just like you haven't applied anything!

 

But maybe it's because I have combination skin...

It feels dry

After using this product, you must layer another serum or cream on top.

I was able to prevent dryness..!

 

So, in conclusion,

It is famous as an emergency soothing serum for skin troubles, but

It is too irritating for me when I apply it.

The second item I don't recommend is Daisique's Water Veil Primer..!

If you pump it once

Quite a large amount comes out,

The texture felt slightly flowy!

 

 

 

 

 

When you spread it, it has gold pearls like this.

I see a lot of them.

 

This is the first reason why I found the Daisique Primer disappointing.

Even after it has been fully absorbed, there is a strange feeling on the face

I could see tiny bits of golden shimmer here and there!

So when I spread it all over my face

This is a product where the pearls might be visible in unexpected places like the forehead or chin..!

 

 

 

 

 

Once fully absorbed, your skin will have a glow like this!

It didn't show up well in the photo.

If you actually look at the back of the hand with Daisique Primer applied

I could see the gold glitter peeking out here and there lol ㅠㅠ

 

And besides the pearl, the part I felt was lacking was

Since it says "primer" for now...

I use this when it is dry, like in autumn and winter.

It is a bit more moisturizing than other silicone-type primers.

I bought this expecting it to fill in pores and improve the longevity of my base makeup, but

 

Like a regular primer

I didn't feel like it filled in my pores at all..!!

Also, I felt that the staying power of the base was no different from usual.

 

It just makes the skin glow a little more.

It makes it moderately moist.

Something that makes the base stick a little better..?

If I had to categorize it, it seems like a product closer to a base prep than a primer.

For me, having purchased it expecting it to function as a primer

It was a very disappointing item.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Item Not Recommended ③ WakeMake Water Glow Coating Cushion

 

The last item I don't recommend is WakeMake's Water Glow Coating Cushion..!

As far as I remember, this is also better than the cushion I usually used in winter.

I think I bought it because I wanted to use a more moisturizing product.

 

 

 

 

 

If you open the cushion, you'll see it's made of mesh!

The mesh itself has good elasticity and

I liked that the contents came out evenly.

 

 

 

 

 

However, the disappointing parts were the coverage, skin finish, and transfer.

First, I applied it to the back of my hand and took a picture.

It has almost no coverage.

It feels almost like I've applied a tone-up cushion..!

 

 

 

 

 

To show you the coverage better

I tried using it on a dot.

 

You can see that there is almost no difference before and after use.

WakeMake Water Glow Cushion is

It has almost no coverage, but after applying it and waiting a few hours...

It felt like it broke down a bit unevenly on my skin.

And no matter how much powder is applied

It tends to smudge easily.

If you apply this cushion and wear glasses or a mask

I thought it was a bit of a hassle because I needed to touch up my makeup right away..!

 

And strangely, when applying it to the face

It's hard to tell if it's being applied.

If you keep patting with a puff,

It feels like it's all coated...? lol

So when using this cushion

There were also times when I ended up applying too much to my skin while patting it on.

 

So these days, the coverage is quite good

It seems like a lot of moisturizing cushions are coming out, too.
