The reverse eating method is the opposite of the usual order of meals.

This is how to eat.

 

 

 

The #ReverseEatingMethod is the order in which a meal is divided by nutrients.

It is a diet method where you can lose weight by setting a specific order and consuming the food.

First, the nutrients in your usual diet include dietary fiber, protein, and carbohydrates.

We divide it into these three main categories.

 

 

Among foods rich in dietary fiber are vegetables and fruits, and

Among protein-rich foods are meat and fish,

Among foods rich in dietary fiber are grains such as rice and barley.

 

 

 

Now that you have divided them by nutritional content, try to arrange them in order.

In the order of dietary fiber > protein > carbohydrates.

If you think about a lunch tray, the rice and soup bowls are the biggest and widest, right?

However, the #ReverseEatingMethod is in the widest rice and soup compartment

You can think of it as serving and eating in the order shown above.

Eat vegetables or fruits rich in high-quality protein and dietary fiber, and

Next are vegetable side dishes, followed by things like beans or tofu.

Protein foods, and finally, the carbohydrates

You eat brown rice and sweet potatoes in that order.

 

 

 

To summarize simply: Vegetables (Salad) > Seasoned Vegetable Side Dishes > Fruit >

Protein (beans, tofu, etc.) > Carbohydrates (sweet potatoes, brown rice, etc.)

In fact, I maintained this diet for two months and lost over 9kg.

If you change the order of eating to dietary fiber, protein, and carbohydrates

You will feel full quickly without your blood sugar rising rapidly.

If you eat dietary fiber first, the protein and carbohydrates you eat later

Because it is absorbed slowly, blood sugar levels cannot rise significantly.

Also, since consuming dietary fiber first helps you feel full,

Protein and carbohydrate intake will decrease.

In particular, it blocks the intake of carbohydrates, which are the main culprit in raising blood sugar.
