I used Junohair shampoo to remove scalp oil, and then I used Mise en Scène shampoo. A lot of oil is coming to the surface.

I get dandruff frequently, and my scalp is itchy because it's dry. My hair is also falling out easily. Please tell me how to effectively control scalp oil during the summer.
