The season of foundation-free and healthy glow lips: Summer Start
Hello! Today, I would like to recommend some products suitable for summer trend makeup!
The weather has gotten noticeably hotter lately, and I can feel summer officially starting with my whole body! I imagine many of you are looking to lighten your makeup during this season to reduce the burden on your skin and lessen the stuffiness. (Actually, that’s me! 🥹) So, the products I’d like to recommend today are a tone-up sunscreen suitable for a foundation-free look and two glow lip products that go perfectly with the glowy, healthy vibe of summer! Now, let's get started with the product introductions and my personal review!
The first product is Innisfree's Vita C Blemish Tone-Up Sunscreen, which was released as a new sunscreen this year!
Do you have any skin concerns?
Lately, I keep getting freckles.
For removing blemishes and marks
I am paying close attention to this.
So when choosing sunscreen
Helpful for blemish care
While thinking it would be nice if it were a product
Just then at Innisfree
Vita C Blemish Tone-Up Sun Cream
I purchased it when it was released!
✅[Innisfree]'s Vita C Blemish Tone-Up Sun Cream is
UV protection + photoaging care + peach tone-up
all at once A sunscreen that can solve the problem, and at the same time
Contains pure vitamin C, niacinamide, and tocopherol It is said that you can experience blemish care and tone-up effects while wearing the sunscreen.
With SPF 50+ PA++++, it even provides reliable UV protection. This is a sunscreen you can take with you all at once!
The narrow nozzle makes it easy to control the amount and apply to the desired area
I felt that the ease of applying the appropriate amount was an advantage.
🍑 The exterior is a clear peach color.
I felt that it didn't have a strong scent.
Since the nozzle is narrow, you can shape it exactly as much as you want on your hand. It looks like it can be squeezed, right?
This is what it looks like spread on the back of the hand.
Actually, my hands have a lighter skin tone than my skin. The tone-up effect wasn't visible..!
‼️However, regarding this point, the fact that my skin is on the lighter side
Please consider this!!
When testing in-store, on the back of my friend's hand who has shade 21 skin
It had a natural tone-up effect.
The tone-up effect is natural, so it doesn't look like it settles in white. It goes on with a feeling of adhering perfectly to the skin!
❤️ I don't like my skin feeling sticky, so the one I used before When going out wearing only mineral sunscreen
I made sure to apply powder on top.
This product does not require powder!!
The fact that it is not sticky but not drying
I really loved it haha
Since it is a hybrid tone-up sunscreen, compared to other tone-up sunscreens It applies well without being stiff.
While being able to physically block ultraviolet rays
I also really liked the fact that it penetrates deep into the skin at the same time to block even long UVA! (As I get older, I'm starting to get a bit worried about LONG UVA, which affects skin elasticity...)
Also, I have a history of LASIK surgery.
Whether or not sunscreen causes eye irritation is also a factor in choosing sunscreen
It is a very important factor.
It cannot be said that it is completely non-existent, but the one previously used
It causes less irritation than organic sunscreens.
Personally, I didn't think it was bad, but individual differences exist. Please note this for your reference only.
To summarize the overall content
Innisfree's Vita C Blemish Tone-Up Sunscreen is a sunscreen that must be applied every day.
You can kill two birds with one stone by also taking care of blemishes.
It is a satisfactory product.
However, regarding blemish care...
Although it was not effective
In conjunction with the use of a cream effective for blemish care
I think it will gradually improve because it is being used. And I think that at the very least, no more will appear!
Plus, I highly recommend this product because it is really suitable for foundation-free summer makeup, which is the topic of this post!!
The second product is the Unseen Balloon Tint in See-Through color from Odd Type, a brand launched by Musinsa Beauty!
Since it is not easy to test the Odd type offline, I would like to recommend this to anyone who might have been hesitating to purchase it!
Actually, I am someone who really doesn't suit glow lips, but
This is a product I looked up after really liking it when I borrowed and tried my friend's lipstick. My expectations were high!
First, the outer color applied to the tip brush is as follows:
(I didn't do any color correction at all!)
It feels like a pink with a drop of grape mixed in.
This is the color swatch on the back of the hand and wrist.
A tint with a subtle gloss feel that doesn't stand out too much.
Since it is a glow type, there was absolutely no staining.
The Odd-type tint line was released with a unique brush shape, to the extent that the tip shape can be considered the product's identity.
Personally, I considered it a plus that it applies evenly and feels soft against the lips, but I didn't find any outstanding features that stood out. In fact, I felt that too much product came off at once, and since it is a brush type that is difficult to wash, I worried about bacteria breeding inside the brush-shaped tip.
However, the color is really naturally pretty, so I would like to recommend it to those who are looking for a healthy look in the summer, as I think it would suit them really, really well!!
For my summer look, I’ve decided on the style of a girl with pigtails showing off her freckles, wearing Innisfree’s Vita C Blemish Tone-Up Sunscreen and the Odd-type Unseen Balloon Tint in See-Through. ^-^ I hope you all have a happy summer with these products as well!!!
This has been dapper Tomato :)
