The source is the YouTube link above!! I watched it and tried to summarize it. Since I have combination skin myself, I decided to leave a post on Unpa while I was at it.
😊 Let's find out everything from the causes of dehydrated oily skin to how to manage it!!!
- Cause: Improper skincare / Improper cleansing
I heard that excessive alkaline cleansing (the kind that makes your skin squeaky clean!!) doesn't just remove impurities and sebum, but also damages the skin barrier.
It is said that if the skin is damaged by such excessive washing, it can cause allergies and worsen into sensitive dehydrated skin.

You know that using oily or sticky creams makes things worse because it clogs your pores, right? ㅠㅠ
They say that a product with a ceramide:cholesterol:fatty acid ratio of 3:1:1 works best.
3) Avoid habits that stimulate the sebaceous glands
They say spicy food and saunas are especially forbidden... Apparently, it causes excessive sebum secretion.
And no drinking or smoking!! They say we need to improve these basic lifestyle habits first!!
