I'm sharing how to manage pores.

 

 

1. Sebum removal
It is recommended to remove sebum regularly. However, since removing sebum with your hands can damage the skin and cause inflammation, you should use sebum removal products. While sebum removal tweezers are available, they are not recommended as they can irritate the skin by scraping it out directly. Instead, it is advisable to use a dedicated sebum suction device and products designed to remove whiteheads and blackheads.
 
2. Washing face using a cleanser

 

There are people who wash their faces with only water. However, washing with water alone does not remove impurities; instead, they accumulate as sebum in the pores. To give a simple example, if your hands are oily, washing them with just water will be difficult. Since accumulated impurities on the skin resemble oil, you must use cleansing oil to remove them through emulsification.
To use the cleanser correctly, it is recommended to tie your hair back to prevent it from getting on your face. Avoid letting excess hair rub against your skin while washing.
Also, wash your hands thoroughly before cleaning off the lather. Once your hands are clean, wet your face with water and wash it with a cleanser. Do not rub your skin too hard when washing; rinse several times with lukewarm water and then rinse with cold water.
 
3. Exfoliation

 

Exfoliating the pores is one way to prevent enlarged pores. It is important to keep the skin dry and allow it to breathe, as impurities can clog the pores. If these dead skin cells are not properly removed, they can cause severe damage to the pores. There are many skin exfoliation products available on the market.
It is recommended to limit exfoliation to 1 to 2 times a week. Conversely, be careful, as excessive exfoliation weakens the skin.
 
4. Improvement of lifestyle habits

 

If you regularly repeat the above steps 1 to 3 times for pore management, you can see some degree of pore-shrinking effect. However, simply washing your face, removing sebum, and using natural cosmetics does not easily reduce pores.
Improving lifestyle habits is essential for the long-term care of pores. Drink water frequently to prevent skin dryness, and if you spend long periods outdoors, you should get used to washing your face with a cleanser. Additionally, it is recommended to consume more fruits beneficial for skin health, such as tomatoes, strawberries, and pomegranates.
 
5. Use pore-tightening cosmetics

 

Removing sebum from pores widens them, so the space needs to be filled. Since long-term sebum accumulation has reduced skin elasticity, please use natural skincare products and moisturizers that do not contain chemicals to restore your skin to its original state.
