My own beauty routine

I'm most concerned about oiliness in the summer.

First of all, if I wash my face often, I think I do it about 3 times.

I mainly use a mildly acidic foam to keep it from drying out too much.

 

If you get a pimple, place a soothing pad on your skin to calm it down.

I found that doing it this way was somewhat effective.

 

I try to drink a glass of water on an empty stomach, take probiotics, and drink 1 liter of water a day.

My gut health has definitely improved since I started drinking plenty of water and taking probiotics.
