Wake up in the morning - Wash face with mildly acidic cleansing foam
Simply apply toner or serum.
A glass of water on an empty stomach and probiotics
Replenish fluids with 1 liter in between (keep nearby and drink).
Drink a large cup of kombucha, too.
On days like today when I don't go out, I get so exhausted from the heat that I even take a nap. Haha.
Should I include a nap in the routine as well?
I finish up in the evening with a 60-minute bike ride.
I even did a face mask this morning. But I think doing the mask in the evening would be better.
