I'll share a useful beauty routine for the dry winter:
1. Moisturizing Skincare: Since skin moisture evaporates easily in winter, I recommend skincare that focuses on hydration. Please supply sufficient moisture to your skin by using a moisturizing cream or a moisture-intensive ampoule.
2. Avoid washing with hot water: Washing frequently with hot water can dry out your skin. Please protect your skin by using warm water or keeping your shower time as short as possible.
3. Controlling Humidity: Indoor humidity can drop due to heating or dryers. Try regulating humidity by using a humidifier to maintain indoor humidity, placing bowls of water, or using a steamer. Maintaining sufficient humidity is beneficial for skin health.
4. Protect your lips: In the dry winter, lips can easily crack and dry out. Please protect them by using a moisturizing lip cream or by wearing a scarf or mask to cover them after application.
5. Nutrition: Try to keep your skin hydrated from the inside out by consuming nutrient-rich foods. It is recommended to consume foods rich in plant-based omega-3 fatty acids or nuts rich in vitamin E.
6. Hand and Foot Care: Hands and feet tend to dry out easily in winter. Please provide sufficient moisture to your hands and feet using moisturizing cream or oil. When sleeping, apply moisturizing cream to your hands and feet and try wearing socks and gloves to keep your fingers and toes warm.
