I finished 500ml of water this morning. I'm going to fill up 2 liters by evening haha.
And I made sure to take probiotics too.
I had a hearty breakfast of multigrain rice and protein-rich, vitamin-rich side dishes.
I made sure to apply sunscreen thoroughly before coming out.
I'm going to buy a salad for lunch~
After a simple lunch, I'll take a walk to reach 7,000 steps.
I'm skipping coffee today. I don't feel well.
I plan to get off work early and walk to reach 10,000 steps.
