October 24th Beauty Routine

I wake up in the morning and make sure to take my vitamins and calcium gummies.

I took a bath yesterday, so I just wash my face with water this morning.

The weather is cool, but I'm going for a walk.

For lunch, I eat hot kalguksu and make sure to take my nutritional supplements.

I take a shower in the evening and use a face mask.

Before going to bed, make sure to eat some fruit and finish up with some stretching.
