A shower routine to keep you feeling refreshed in the summer

Today, I will share my summer shower routine.

First of all, I get acne on my body every summer.

That is why I tend to pay special attention to it.

The first is Acnes Perfect Solution Body Wash.

This is a body wash that I am seriously on my Nth bottle.

When choosing a body wash, the most important thing for me is that it is unscented.

I found that using products with strong scents for a long time was a bit overwhelming.

This product has almost no scent, and since it is designed for oily and combination skin, it was good to use when sweat and sebum increase, such as during the summer.

I consistently repurchase this because it doesn't feel too slippery or stuffy even after use.

The second one is the Dove body scrub, which is already very famous.

I have also tried the #1 Olive Young body scrub from another brand,

The scrub granules felt a little irritating to my skin.

Since body skin can also develop problems if it is subjected to a lot of irritation,

I was looking for a product that exfoliates while being relatively gentle to use.

I looked it up and found that the scrub granule size and texture vary slightly from product to product in Dove body scrubs.

The product I used is an osmanthus scent sold only in Japan,

The scent is nice and the size of the granules is just right for me, so I am satisfied with using it.

However, using a scrub every day can actually be irritating, so I only use it about once a week.

Lastly, this is the Kobayashi Senacure Medical Spray purchased at Don Quijote in Japan.

This is a product that is often seen as a recommended item at Don Quixote, and it is a product that I personally found effective.

In the summer, because you sweat a lot, you may suddenly experience breakouts on your back or chest.

I felt that if I sprayed it consistently every day after showering, the breakouts gradually subsided.

I use it frequently, especially during the summer when I sweat a lot!

Wash thoroughly with body wash like this, and exfoliate once a week with a scrub.

Finally, spraying on some spray is my summer shower routine.
