1️⃣ Use a sebum softener regularly

The first thing you have to do is

We need to remove the sebum accumulated in the pores!

I'm managing my sebum by using a sebum softener!

First, after cleansing, use a cotton pad soaked in a sebum softener

After showering, gently rub the softened sebum with an extractor.

And after removing it, make sure to

2️⃣ Use retinol before bed.

I have been using retinol consistently for several years.

Retinol is an ingredient that helps with skin elasticity!

However, because it is sensitive to ultraviolet rays

I only use it during the evening hours!
