How is everyone doing on these sweltering days?

I can't stand heat and humidity, so I'm really scared of having my period in the summer.

The day started on the scheduled day without fail, and this time it was really tough.

 

 

 

What kind of sanitary pads do you use?

I used various brands, but there were times when I couldn't go to the bathroom on time, and...

Since I have a decent amount of liquid, I use up the overnight pads as soon as they come out. I've been buying and wearing this one ever since.

I stocked up on this from Unnie Deal, so I skipped the summer oversized top this year.

 

 

 

For some reason, I worry about the smell and feel uneasy, so I always make sure to use feminine hygiene products on those days.

I tried both the foam and gel types when Jilgyungyi was on sale, but I have been using the foam wash continuously because it is easy to use and gentle. The scent is subtle and light, which I actually like even more.

 

 

 

What made this day even harder was that I suddenly got unexpected menstrual cramps.

Come to think of it, I suspected it might be because I kept the air conditioning on full blast.

I bought this hot pack because I have severe back pain due to PMS, and I was wondering if there was anything I could use to warm myself up at home.

I bought this when it was on sale at Unnie Deal, and it was helpful this time.

My body got cold, so I started aching all over.

So I put this on top of a tank top to warm up my stomach and waist a bit.

It lasted longer than I expected—over two hours, feeling a bit warm rather than lukewarm—so it was good. I took it off two hours ago, so I don't know how long it actually lasted haha. I actually liked that it was on the wider side. Thanks to that, I had a less painful period.

 

 

On those days, my skin, mood, and body feel a bit heavy. I managed to get through it well with the help of various products.

This routine is scheduled to happen once a month again.
