I escaped internal dryness using this method.

First, soak a cotton pad with a lightweight toner to refine your skin texture.

Dispense toner into your hand and repeat the process of allowing it to absorb into your skin 3 to 4 times.

If you do this, moisture will fill your skin from deep within, giving it a glow.
