Moisture care tips for dry skin before makeup

For dry skin, I feel that the condition of the skin before makeup is much more important than the makeup itself!
I found that if I apply base makeup directly to dry skin, it easily accentuates dead skin cells or cakes.
So, before applying makeup, I first hydrate my skin with a mist and let it fully absorb before starting on my base.
I've been using the Institut Esthederm Cellular Water Mist frequently lately, and I heard it's the Hermes of mists at Olive Young!!
I was satisfied because the mist sprayed refreshingly onto the skin, leaving it feeling moisturized.
Then, apply the mist in thin layers several times to finish your skin, and spray it one more time at the end—good!
