Moisture care tips for dry skin before makeup

I have really dry skin.

For dry skin, I feel that the condition of the skin before makeup is much more important than the makeup itself!

I found that if I apply base makeup directly to dry skin, it easily accentuates dead skin cells or cakes.

So, before applying makeup, I first hydrate my skin with a mist and let it fully absorb before starting on my base.
