The reason I felt lifestyle habits were more important than dermatology, and my beauty routine
I often hear that my skin has improved a lot compared to the past. Rather than getting particularly expensive treatments, I tend to pay a little attention to my lifestyle habits.
First of all, I make sure to drink a glass of water when I wake up in the morning, and I use lukewarm water instead of hot water when washing my face. I also try to apply my basic skincare products within three minutes of washing my face.
I also tend to change my pillowcases frequently, and it seems to help prevent skin troubles more than I expected. I also wipe my phone screen often and try to minimize my habit of touching my face with my hands.
I generally try to drink plenty of water, and I consciously increase my fluid intake on days when I drink coffee. I also try to sleep for at least 7 hours if possible, and even if I go to bed late, I make sure to wash my face and moisturize before sleeping.
I also pay attention to scalp care, so I dry my hair immediately after washing it and do not leave it wet for a long time. Additionally, after going out, I thoroughly remove sunscreen and apply plenty of moisturizer to prevent my skin from drying out.
If you have any beauty routines among these small habits that you have actually seen results from, please share them.
