Skin care for dry skin caused by air conditioning

Do you all live with the air conditioner on?

We have a large family and our house is hot, so we used to run the air conditioner for 2 hours a day starting last week, but now we are running it for 4 hours.

I used to turn it on to sleep more comfortably, but since I turned it off in the early morning, my skin feels dry.

So I make sure to apply body lotion and add extra moisturizing to my elbows and heels.

I am finishing the day by moisturizing my hands and lips as well.

I applied it well without losing moisture to the air conditioning.
