My personal beauty tip for lowering skin temperature.

With the weather getting suddenly hotter since May, my skin is having a hard time too.

My face suddenly feels hot, my pores have enlarged, and my skin has become sensitive, causing breakouts to appear.

 

1. Using a modeling pack is good for lowering your body temperature in the summer. I used to buy large quantities, but nowadays, even at Daiso, there are many convenient single-use products available.

 

2. If you put Bring Green Aloe Soothing Gel in the refrigerator and apply it chilled, it quickly cools down the skin and provides moisture, making it very effective.

 

3. When going out, it is essential to reapply sunscreen every three or four hours and use a parasol.

You should choose a parasol made of cotton with low UV transmittance that is white on the outside and black on the inside, as it blocks even radiant heat from the ground.

 

4. Fan or air conditioner breeze

I do not expose my face directly to it.

It evaporates moisture instantly, cooling only the surface while drying out the inside, making the skin prone to dryness.
