My own method for getting rid of morning swelling

Many of you are probably worried about facial swelling every morning, aren't you?

I was also stressed because my eyes, in particular, were very swollen and my jawline looked blurry, but these days I am managing the swelling with a simple routine.

First of all, I drink a cup of green tea instead of warm water after waking up.

Green tea contains ingredients that promote diuresis, so it helps eliminate excess fluid accumulated in the body and is effective in relieving morning swelling.

It is a good method to practice consistently because it is easy to drink without any pressure.

And if you want to see quick results, use an ice pack massage.

I put the small ice packs I received in the delivery into the freezer and use them.

If you gently apply or roll an ice pack wrapped in a cloth—not too cold—on your eye area, cheeks, or jawline, you can feel the swelling subside quickly.

I found that it is especially good to do it in short bursts several times for swelling under the eyes.

If you add light neck and shoulder stretches to this, you will notice that blood circulation improves and the swelling goes down much faster.

These are simple methods, but after doing them consistently, I could definitely see a difference in my face in the morning.
