๐โผ๏ธ For those of you struggling with adult milia, Iโm going to share my beauty routine.
I didn't get acne when I was a student, but actually, I started getting small bumps after I began wearing makeup in my 20s.
I was stressed because milia couldn't be covered up even with makeup, so I went to the dermatologist for extractions every time a breakout occurred. Instead of identifying the cause of the acne, the clinic only recommended treatments, so this vicious cycle of extracting pimples whenever they flared up repeated itself.๐ญ
Milia are
Tip 1. It can occur and rise to the surface when dead skin cells and sebum accumulate inside the pores and cannot escape.
So I also exfoliate once a week using a gentle peeling gel.
Howeverโผ๏ธ Exfoliating too often is not good either. Once or twice a week is best๐
Tip 2. Milia often appear because the skin is dry.
So, my inner dryness has also improved a lot by using ampoules that help with dryness, along with Estra oil and lotion๐ฆ
The most important thing is to thoroughly moisturize using products that balance oil and water. Since my skin is dry, using nourishing products or highly moisturizing creams also helped to address inner dryness.
Also, the two creams, Acnon Cream and Noscarna Cream, helped with the occasional breakouts.
๐ฅฐ These were my own two beauty routines for preventing small bumps. For acne-prone skin, consistent care is the most important thing, and it is also important to identify the cause of the breakouts!
