차가운 토너를 화장솜에 듬뿍 적셔 진정 먼저 해주시는 편인가보네요
A sudden pimple! I'm sharing my emergency soothing routine.
Isn't it really stressful when a pimple suddenly pops up on your chin or forehead even when you're perfectly fine? My skin tends to get worse if I touch it, so I manage it by soothing it with as little irritation as possible.
Step 1 is to generously soak a cotton pad with cold toner after cleansing and leave it on like a localized pack for about 3 to 5 minutes. Cooling down the heat first helps to reduce redness a little.
For Step 2, apply the soothing ampoule to a cotton swab and gently dab it only onto the pimple areas. Do not rub; apply a thin layer.
For step 3, apply a moisturizing cream slightly thinner than usual to avoid excessive oil, and when going out, apply a patch to prevent irritation.
The important thing is not to squeeze with your hands, and to take a break from exfoliating for a few days. When I do this, it subsides a lot within 2 to 3 days.
How does everyone handle emergency care when a pimple pops up? Please share if you have a better method 😊
