Hello. Every winter, my lips get really big and flaky, so I’ve brought you the routine I follow whenever that happens. There are some really great items, but also some I don't recommend!!🤍🫠 I’ve set it up like this, and I’ve also added the new Vaseline Color Lip Balm. Except for the bottom photo, the top two are colorless lip balms, and the last photo is a colored lip balm :) First off, the first one is a Korean-made cocoa butter Vaseline. I tend to avoid foreign-made Vaselines. However, since this one is made in Korea, it is really good. If I apply a thick layer every evening before bed, my lips feel very moisturized the next day, with absolutely no dead skin cells and a soft, smooth texture.
The second item is a banana lip oil from Amuse. I got this for free at a pop-up store. It smells really good, and while it doesn't provide moisture to the lips, it keeps them hydrated. It creates a glaze that is soluble even on bare skin, making it look pretty, and it looks nice even when used over makeup. The downside is, as I mentioned earlier, that it lacks moisturizing properties, but the advantages are that it is very hydrating, smells great, and tastes delicious if you accidentally eat it! !!!🤍🤍 Next up is the Melixer Vegan Lip Butter in Nude Rose. This one is also really good because it looks very natural when used over makeup. It is more moisturizing than lip oil, though I don't think the hydration is *extremely* intense. I'm just using it well because the color is so pretty. :) Here's a real tip: mix it with the Monop Lip Balm below. Personally, the Melixer lip balm is too intensely colored for me to use on a bare face. The Monop Lip Balm is truly the best lip balm I've tried because it has great moisturizing power and a luxurious, glass-like shine—it's the best lip balm I've ever used, but it is colorless. So, if you mix this with it, it looks very natural, makes you look pretty even without makeup, and takes care of all the hydration. This is a Vaseline Serum Lip Balm, and true to its name, it moisturizes really well. I bought it but hardly use it myself because I have so many other things to use, but my mom is currently using it and is very satisfied. If you are looking for a decent lip balm, I recommend this one. Lastly, this is the Vaseline Color Lip Balm. As you can see, the color is really pretty. It's a cranberry shade, and since it's a newly released product, it is truly gorgeous. Also, the texture is a bit harder than lipstick, and I was surprised because the color comes out really well even with just a tiny amount. It also has a cranberry scent, which is really fascinating...🤍🫠😋
